Weekly rota per department
Every employee and every day in one grid, with the week's hours against the contract.
New in Liberty Core
Plan each department's week in minutes: pick a shift, click the days, and with “Publish” every employee sees their shifts in their own calendar. Days off, leave and target hours update themselves.

The problem today
Every week the same story: a spreadsheet that changes until the last minute, photos of it on phones, messages asking “what time am I on tomorrow?”. Nobody is sure which version is current, and changes leave no trace.
Every employee and every day in one grid, with the week's hours against the contract.
Morning, Afternoon and Night from day one; add your own with a colour, an icon, split or overnight hours.
Pick a shift and click the days, or “Copy previous week” for the whole week in one click.
How many people are on each shift every day, so gaps show before they become a problem.
Every employee sees their shifts in their calendar and their team's week.
What changed, for whom and by whom — per publish, day by day.
The flow in Liberty Core
EmployeeHR / ManagerLiberty Core
HR or the team lead picks a shift and clicks the days — or copies last week and changes only the exceptions.
Each person's hours show against their contract, how many are on each shift every day, and leave days stay locked.
Changes stay as drafts until “Publish”. One click makes the week official for the whole team.
Shifts appear in their calendar and on their day; they also see their team's week.
One connected system
The rota isn't just another file. A planned day off counts as a day off, target hours follow the plan, leave never spends a planned rest day, and time tracking shows what was actually worked against what was planned.
Change history, month lock & submission
Every action is recorded and never deleted — from a leave request to a session correction.
The exact date and time of each change is stored with it.
It's always visible who made a change, for which employee and what the previous value was.
Once a month is over and checked, it's locked: employees can no longer change hours or absences — they send a correction request to HR.
When submitted, the month becomes final: no changes for anyone, not even HR.
Each month closes as a complete, checked set of data for every employee.

Every feature is part of Liberty Core, the staff management software.
It's the plan that shows who works when and for how long. In Liberty Core you build it online per week and department, and once published every employee sees their shifts in their own calendar.
HR for everyone, and team leads for their own team. Other employees see their team's week, read-only.
Yes. A shift can have two time blocks (split) or end the next day (night), and you can create your own shifts with a colour and an icon.
A planned day off counts as a day off: it isn't flagged as a missing entry and doesn't use up a leave day. Days with approved leave stay locked in the rota.
No. Changes stay as drafts until you press “Publish”, so you can plan the week at your own pace.
The rota sets the expected hours. The hours that get paid still come from the actual time records.
