Yes. A customer sees only their own data, an employee sees what's assigned to them and a manager can approve. Permissions are enforced on the server, not just on screen, and critical actions are logged.
Infrastructure is chosen around your requirements: on cloud infrastructure we manage, or in an account owned by your business. When the data requires it, hosting stays within the European Union. The data belongs to you and can be exported.
Security is designed with the application: encrypted connections, secure authentication, server-side permission checks, backups and logging of critical actions. For personal data we follow the principles of the GDPR.

A web application runs in the browser on desktop, tablet and phone, with no installation, and every update reaches everyone at once. It's designed responsively, so it works comfortably on mobile. If the project needs a native app for the App Store or Google Play, we treat that as a separate scope.
