Employee attendance and absences in one clear view

See who is working, who is away and what's happening in your team today. Every status comes from a real record — a work session or an approved leave — not from a colour someone sets by hand.

The problem today

“Who's in today?” — a question without an easy answer

Without one system, the day's picture is pieced together with phone calls and messages. The manager doesn't know whether someone is late, on leave or simply hasn't recorded their start, and absences are noticed when it's already too late.

  • No way to see who has started and who hasn't
  • Leave and absences kept apart from working hours
  • Statuses updated by hand and then forgotten
  • No record of why someone shows as absent

The flow in Liberty Core

Where every status comes from

EmployeeHR / ManagerLiberty Core

  1. Employee

    Session in progress

Anyone who has started their time shows as “On Site” or “Remote Work”, with their start time.

  2. Employee

    Day completed

When the last session ends, they show as “Worked Today”, with the day's hours.

  3. HR / Manager

    Approved leave

Approved leave or a recorded day off for today shows with its type — for example “Annual Leave”.

  4. Liberty Core

    No record

Anyone with neither a session nor a leave shows as “Not Started” — the exception stands out immediately.

One connected system

The view that ties Liberty Core together

The attendance overview is where the other two processes meet: time-tracking sessions show who is working, and approved leave explains who is away.

Change history, month lock & submission

Every process stays controlled and reliable.

Tamper-proof change history

Every action is recorded and never deleted — from a leave request to a session correction.

A timestamp on every action

The exact date and time of each change is stored with it.

Clear attribution

It's always visible who made a change, for which employee and what the previous value was.

Month lock

Once a month is over and checked, it's locked: employees can no longer change hours or absences — they send a correction request to HR.

Submission as a permanent record

When submitted, the month becomes final: no changes for anyone, not even HR.

Organised monthly records

Each month closes as a complete, checked set of data for every employee.

Frequently asked questions

In Liberty Core, the team overview shows every employee with their current status. Statuses come automatically from work sessions and approved leave.

On Site, Remote Work, Worked Today, the leave type (for example Annual Leave), Day Off and Not Started. Each comes with the detail that explains it — start time, hours for the day or leave dates.

Leave or a day off means there's a recorded absence for today. “Not Started” means there's neither a work session nor a recorded absence yet — the exception worth checking.

Yes. The team overview is organised by department, so each manager sees their own people.

No. The status comes from the records. If a record needs correcting, that happens through a controlled process and stays in the change history.
